This website (hereinafter: “Website”) is owned by Th. Vergeer en Zonen B.V. and its affiliated entities (hereinafter: “Vergeer”, “we” and “us”) located at Reewal 18, 2811 PT, Reeuwijk, the Netherlands and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number: 29006291.

If (promotional) campaigns can be participated in via the Website, additional terms and conditions may also apply. 2.1 On the Website, you can find information about Vergeer and our products and services. It is also possible to indicate via the contact form on the Website that you wish to be kept informed of the latest developments at Vergeer, for example via our newsletter. In addition, you can respond to open vacancies and/or submit open applications via the Website.

2.2 If you register on the Website, always protect your account details and passwords carefully. Never share this information with others. Always ensure your information is correct and up-to-date. As soon as you suspect that someone else has access to this information, please let us know immediately so we can block your account. If you do not, we cannot be held responsible for any consequences.

3 Intellectual Property Rights

3.3 You shall always respect the name and reputation of Vergeer and ensure that your use of the Website does not in any way damage the rights and/or reputation of Vergeer.

4.1 In processing Personal Data, Vergeer observes the applicable laws and regulations regarding the protection of personal data (privacy). The use of the Website is subject to the Privacy Policy, which can be found at Privacy Policy.

5.6 Without prejudice to the provisions elsewhere, you indemnify us against all possible claims from third parties as a result of the use of the Website, failure to comply or improper compliance with legal or contractual obligations towards us, another user of the Website, or a third party. You will compensate Vergeer for all damages and costs the company incurs as a result of such claims.

6. Applicable Law, Dispute Resolution

6.1 These Terms of Use are governed exclusively by Dutch law.

6.2 Any disputes regarding these Terms of Use will be submitted to the competent court of the Rotterdam District Court.
